Jo Panzera

At Start Small Think Big, I look after the organization's finances, financial reporting, strategic financial planning and grant budgeting processes in addition to the organizational administration which includes people management functions, regulatory compliance and risk management. 

I grew up in the UK and spent my early career working in London for PricewaterhouseCoopers, first as an auditor and then in their corporate finance division.  After meeting my husband in California, I moved my life to the USA and swapped a global corporation for a small entrepreneurial business providing event management services services to non-profit organizations.  A second move to the East Coast prompted a move to a position of Chief Operating Officer at a non profit that educates GenZ girls in business and entrepreneurship.  
I found my resting place at Start Small Think Big, where I combine my financial background with a passion for assisting small business owners to learn, grow and flourish.    

When not focused on growing Start Small Think Big, I am a keen cyclist, runner and spend much of my time running after my two young children.
